Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in new, resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats (worn items)
- Thermal Rash Guards (worn items)
- Ponchos/Changing Robes (if unsealed packaging is broken)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return – Include the RAN clearly on the package and ship to: Wetsuit Specialty Store Returns

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or different product requests:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your initial email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wetsuit, rash guard, or accessory arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement

For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
